Refund Policy

1. General

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the dedicated NSCA checkout link for HYROX365 Academy digital education products and services.

By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Products

HYROX365 Academy provides digital educational content, including online courses, certifications, and related learning materials. Access to purchased content is granted immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are limited as outlined below.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be granted under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order.
Technical failure
If the purchased course or content cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue on the HYROX365 platform and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Incorrect purchase caused by system error
If the wrong product, price, or currency was charged due to a verified system error.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partial or full consumption of course content
  • Failure to complete the course
  • Lack of time or personal scheduling conflicts
  • Incorrect purchase made by the customer (unless caused by technical error)
  • Failure to meet certification requirements

5. Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.

Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must contact the HYROX365 support team and provide:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order reference number
  • Reason for the refund request

All requests will be reviewed individually.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method through Paddle within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.

8. Fraud Prevention

HYROX World GmbH reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, or policy circumvention.
